  Photoshop PSD's are prefered as a source file of your layout, but AI, PNG or JPG (in high quality) is also OK. If you have any custom fonts used in the design, those will also be required.

  One compressed file (.zip, .rar or .tar) is best, especially if there are more than a few files to manage.
