    In my role as a "Group Facilitator" with Journey Free, my primary objective is to cultivate a therapeutic space where participants can experience deep resonance. This is achieved by fostering an environment where individuals realize they are not alone, largely through the sharing and acknowledgment of shared experiences and emotions with others in the group. This shared understanding serves as a cornerstone for building trust, group cohesion, and promoting meaningful interactions that support this sense of resonance.

    Simultaneously, a significant part of my responsibility lies in providing psychoeducation, which is vital for the healing and growth process of the participants. In this context, psychoeducation involves elucidating common themes of experiences prevalent across the group, pinpointing specific issues, and offering insights on how to manage them. I frequently guide discussions on topics like coping with trauma responses, nurturing one's "inner child," and strategies to work with the "Idea Monster." As a facilitator, it's imperative for me to be well-versed in these areas to ensure that participants receive comprehensive support and knowledge, furthering their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
