Cool the Earth is a grassroots, school-to-home program that was founded in 2007 by Marin County parents, Carleen and Jeff Cullen, who were inspired to take action after seeing the documentary "An Inconvenient Truth."
The entire website was produced in cooperation with Active Ingredients. They initially designed CoolTheEarth.org, and then we coded the XHTML/CSS templates, sliced their Photoshop PSD source files into optimized pieces, and stayed true to the original design. Some functionality we scripted includes jQuery JavaScript navigation menus with an easing-down login element.
